Hi! I’m Crystal, the owner and heart behind Nebraska Sips. I live in Giltner, Nebraska, with my husband, Craig. I’m a mom of three, a Nana to four grandchildren, and I also work as an embalmer in Hastings.

My love for coffee started with a simple search for the perfect coffee to pair with the protein drink I enjoy every morning. After plenty of experimenting—and more than a few not-so-great drinks—I finally created a combination I loved. That drink became one of the inspirations behind Nebraska Sips and is now one of the many drinks you’ll find on the trailer.

While protein coffee will always be my favorite, Nebraska Sips offers something for everyone. You’ll find specialty coffee, dirty sips (soda), lemonades, matcha, energy drinks, and seasonal favorites, along with a limited selection of treats and snacks depending on the event.

When I’m not working my day job, you’ll find me traveling, enjoying some downtime at the lake, spending time with family, or—most likely—in the back of the Nebraska Sips trailer doing what I love: making great drinks and serving great people.
